MuseumsQuartier Errichtungs- und BetriebsgesmbH is currently hiring a team leader for MQ Point (ticketing and shop) and its branch at MQ Freiraum, effective immediately.

As a diverse arts and culture complex, the MuseumsQuartier Wien offers over 5 million visitors annually a wide-ranging artistic program—from visual arts to architecture, design, music, and literature, all the way to theater and dance—across a variety of institutions, both large and small. Guests are offered a high-quality experience and free programs in a public, accessible, and ad-free space.

The MQ Point is the first point of contact for visitors to the MuseumsQuartier Wien: Here, tickets are sold, information about the complex and its cultural programs is provided, and gifts and merchandise are offered—365 days a year. To lead the team of about eight people, we are looking for someone who can independently manage and further develop the shop and ticketing operations.
