Project Info

For his second novel, a play written in prose that he is currently working on under the working title “Damenschach,” Job combines elements of the Commedia dell’arte with the techniques of modern storytelling, the doppelgänger literature of the 19th century, the grotesque, and the screwball comedy. Five characters meet at a dinner party in a remote villa in the Vienna Woods and discuss the contentious issues of the present.
