The exhibition Photo/Politics/Austria takes you on a photographic journey through Austrian history from 1918 to the present at mumok.

Ute Müller, winner of the Kapsch Contemporary Art Prize 2018, makes installations that create a dynamic interplay between painting, objects, and architecture, breaking away from stale concepts of the work of art and forms of perception.

mumok is showing the first comprehensive retrospective exhibition of the work of Austrian artist Ernst Caramelle. This exhibition includes all the phases of the artist’s work from 1974 to today.

In January 2017 the collectors Gertraud and Dieter Bogner gave a very special gift to mumok—approximately thirty works by the Austrian-American architect, artist, stage designer, designer, and theorist Friedrich Kiesler.
